Established in 1991, Exceltec Property Management Pte Ltd is a premiere company in Singapore with overseas presence that provides a full spectrum of real estate services as it recognizes the need of property owners to outsource the day-to-day operations in the management of property assets.

The range of services provided by us include Managing Agent Services, Facilities Management and Maintenance Services, Mobile Maintenance and Engineering Services, Environmental Engineering and Management Services, Project Management and Consultancy Services, Janitory Services and other related real estate and building services.

Besides being an ISO 9001:2000 certified company, Exceltec is registered with the local authorities such as the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) in General Building, Interior Decoration, Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration and Ventilation Works, House-keeping, Cleansing, Desilting and Conservancy Service, Electrical Engineering and Fire Prevention and Protection Systems and Windows Contractors. We are also registered with the Ministry of Finance (MOF) in Management, Consultant and Cleaning Services.

We are accredited as a “Singapore SME 500 Company”. The "Singapore SME 500" (SME 500) ranks and recognizes the most successful small and medium enterprise (SME) companies. This accreditation is awarded by DP Info which is in strategic association with government agencies such as ACRA, SPRING Singapore, IE Singapore and iDA.

Under the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers/Association of Facility Property and Managers (SISV/APFM) accreditation programme, we are certified as Category A Managing Agent which allows us to manage properties with more than 150 units.
