Our Management Team is headed by Managing Director, Mr Koh Hock Seng. He is assisted by a team of management staff including a Deputy General Manager and 9 Senior Managers and Managers with varied experience and expertise to manage the respective functions within Exceltec.

Having been in the real estate asset business for more than 20 years, Mr Koh has intimate knowledge in project management and consultancy, property management, facilities management and maintenance, marketing consultancy, lease administration management, interior design and renovation management and other building related services management.

Mr Koh holds directorships in various companies in Singapore and overseas. Mr Koh is a Certified Property Manager as awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management and a Certified Fire Safety Manager as awarded by the Singapore Civil Defence Force.

Mr Koh is also an Associate member of Real Estate Developers’ Association of Singapore, Institute of Real Estate Management, American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-conditioning Engineers, Inc. and Fire Safety Manager’s Association of Singapore.

Finally, Mr Koh is an active grassroots participant.
