M&E Technician (Building / Facilities)
- Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing on M&E building facilities(Aircon, AHU, FCU, Cooling tower, electrical, wiring, plumbing etc)
- Supervise contractors to ensure scheduled works are carried out according to the maintenance program and that contract services are delivered according to specifications and contractual terms and conditions.
- Monitor and carry out daily routine checks on operations of building facilities (e.g.M&E, building services) in accordance with Employer requirements, including reading and recording of utilities meters.
- Attend to all service requests such as changing faulty lightings, ceiling boards, painting and other repair works on premises
- Assist other duties assigned by Manager or Property Executive from time to time
- Requirements
- NITEC in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic/ Aircon Engineering
- 3 years of Facilities / Property Management and Maintenance experience
- Valid Class 3 Driving Licenses

Property Executive / Property Officer
- Responsibilities
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of properties assigned to you
- Coordinate and supervise service providers for the maintenance of the estate/building
- Attend to residents’ feedbacks and enquires
- Co-ordinate and attend the council meeting and general meeting
- Administration and management of contracts
- Handle any ad-hoc duties as required
- Knowledge of BMSMA will be an advantages

- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
