With XC Home you will be able to know what are the facilities available in your estate, their house rule, and book facility with the option of paying in-app. Received e-notices, meeting minutes, and many more. Users will be able to download/upload the application form via the app. XC HOME is also equipped with a "digital concierge" that has listings of essential services that may come in handy. New to the estate, Owner/tenant? Welcome to XC Home, your 24/7, 365 Digital MA, and Concierge service. Site information, directory, operation hours, house rules, by law, applications form for season parking, access cards, renovation, moving in/out and essential services contacts are all at your fingertips. XC Home is a close community and only allows Uses of the site to gain access. We endeavour to provide a safe and best user experience for users within the estate while using the app. The XC Home mobile application (“App”) is owned and operated by Exceltec Property Management Pte. Ltd. (collectively “XC Home”, “Exceltec”, “we”, “us”, “our”). This Policy applies to you if you access or use this App, or download, install or use the App. This Terms of Service explains how we handle the information collected and received in the course of your usage of the app. 2. What is Personal Data i) “Personal Data” refers to any data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified from that data ii) from that data and other information to which we have or are likely to have access, including data in our records as may be updated from time to time. Who We Share Your Information With? i) We may share the information with our partners to complete the following transactions such as facilities booking, submitting applications, and other feedback or support services. ii) We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or if we believe that such action is necessary to prevent fraud or crime or to protect our Services or the rights, property, or personal safety of any person, in accordance with PDPA. 6. Protecting Your Information Protecting your information is paramount to us. We have security, and access control measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. We adopt the industry best practice and standards to protect the information transmitted/stored over the Internet. Sensitive information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL). User password with minimum 8 digit Upper/Lower case, alphanumeric, special character, to log into the App. Based on our best knowledge and intent, no method of data transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. We adopt the industry best practice to protect your information, but we will not be able to guarantee its absolute security. You undertake to safeguard your login credentials, username, password, and order details and not make them available to unauthorised third parties. We cannot assume any liability for misuse of your login username and password. We will keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you so choose that you no longer want XC Home to use your information to provide you with information and services, you can opt to close your account. We seek your understanding to do your part to protect against unauthorised access to your Account and information by choosing your password carefully and keeping your password and Account secure by signing out of the app after using our Services 7.     XC CMMS User Account Deletion Below describes how user can request to have their user account deleted from the system and how account deletion is being managed. User deletion request in two steps: Step 1 - From XC Home App, go to the bottom menu, select ‘More ’ and select ‘Delete Account ’ Step 2 – Select ‘Confirm ’ to initiate request to have account deleted. Step 1 Step 2 The deletion request will be received by HQ Administrator, who will proceed to terminate the user account. For control purposes, site staff are not given access to delete users. Data deletion will include the removal of user personal information such as name, contact number and email address. User submissions from the past, such as facility booking requests, estate application forms and feedback forms, will also be removed. We ensure that all data relating to the user will be deleted from the system. Upon deletion, user data is retained in the system for additional 45 days before being completely purged from the system. There are no reports in our system that allow anyone, including the HQ Administrator, to extract or download user(s) details.
