24 HRS Mobile Team & Call Centre
At Exceltec, we provide our clients with peace of mind through our in-house 24-hour mobile team and call centre. Our fleet of 15 vehicles covers over 170 projects throughout Singapore, providing emergency coverage for Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) issues to all of our clients.
Our goal is to minimize any downtime. Our 24-hour mobile team is always available to provide the highest level of support services in case of a breakdown, ensuring that issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Fire Safety Management
Exceltec offers professional Fire Safety Management (FSM) services as part of our comprehensive integrated facilities management solutions. Our team of qualified FSMs are registered with the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) and are members of the Fire Safety Manager Association of Singapore (FSMAS), ensuring adherence to SCDF Fire Safety Regulations and Practices.
