Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing on M&E building facilities(Aircon, AHU, FCU, Cooling tower, electrical, wiring, plumbing etc)

Supervise contractors to ensure scheduled works are carried out according to the maintenance program and that contract services are delivered according to specifications and contractual terms and conditions.

Monitor and carry out daily routine checks on operations of building facilities (e.g.M&E, building services) in accordance with Employer requirements, including reading and recording of utilities meters.

Attend to all service requests such as changing faulty lightings, ceiling boards, painting and other repair works on premises

Assist other duties assigned by Manager or Property Executive from time to time
