New to the estate, Owner/tenant? Welcome to XC Home, your 24/7, 365 Digital MA, and Concierge service. Site information, directory, operation hours, house rules, by law, applications form for season parking, access cards, renovation, moving in/out and essential services contacts are all at your fingertips. XC Home is a close community and only allows Uses of the site to gain access. We endeavour to provide a safe and best user experience for users within the estate while using the app. The XC Home mobile application (“App”) is owned and operated by Exceltec Property Management Pte. Ltd. (collectively “XC Home”, “Exceltec”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
