Users will be able to download/upload the application form via the app. XC HOME is also equipped with a "digital concierge" that has listings of essential services that may come in handy. New to the estate, Owner/tenant? Welcome to XC Home, your 24/7, 365 Digital MA, and Concierge service. Site information, directory, operation hours, house rules, by law, applications form for season parking, access cards, renovation, moving in/out and essential services contacts are all at your fingertips. XC Home is a close community and only allows Uses of the site to gain access. We endeavour to provide a safe and best user experience for users within the estate while using the app. The XC Home mobile application (“App”) is owned and operated by Exceltec Property Management Pte. Ltd. (collectively “XC Home”, “Exceltec”, “we”, “us”, “our”). This Policy applies to you if you access or use this App, or download, install or use the App. This Terms of Service explains how we handle the information collected and received in the course of your usage of the app. 2.
